1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Plenitude Consulting AI Assurance Microsite ("Platform," "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Plenitude Consulting AI Assurance Microsite operators.

2. Description of Service

The Plenitude Consulting AI Assurance Microsite provides:

  • AI risk assessment and management frameworks
  • Interactive tools for exploring AI governance
  • Educational content and best practices
  • Personalized recommendations and guidance
  • Access to AI assurance expertise and consultation
  • Templates and resources for implementation

Our Platform is designed for demonstration and educational purposes in the context of SIBOS 2025.

3. User Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements to use our Platform. By using our Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

  • Upload malicious code or attempt to harm our infrastructure
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to frameworks, methodologies, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to us. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display that content for the purpose of providing our services.

5.3 G3MA Framework

The G3MA (Govern, Map, Measure, Manage) framework is our proprietary methodology. You may use it for your organization's internal purposes but may not redistribute or commercialize it without our explicit permission.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Educational Purpose

Our Platform provides educational content and guidance for demonstration purposes. While we strive for accuracy, our recommendations should not be considered as legal, financial, or professional advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for your specific circumstances.

7.2 Service Availability

8. Conference Context

This Platform is developed specifically for demonstration at SIBOS 2025. While the frameworks and methodologies are based on industry best practices, this is primarily an educational and demonstration tool.

Any data collected during the conference demonstration period will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and may be used for improving our services and developing future offerings.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date
  • Post the revised Terms on our Platform
  • Notify registered users of significant changes

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiation.
